If you can tolerate the pain, try taking one less per day and keep it for your vacation. I have done that in the past.
Or, you could ask your doctor to give the name of a doc he knows in the area you will be traveling. Perhaps he could send a letter along with your records so you could get a refill while vacationing.

Dang! You get to vacation for more than a month at a time? Maybe you could try taking not so many pills each month? They are, after all, pain medication. Not supposed to be taken routinely, but as needed for pain you can't control any other way. Then you might have enough to get you through your vacation. And tip of the hat to your doctor for insisting you see him every month while taking this highly addictive drug.

You get enough pain control from your oxycodone to even contemplate taking a vacation more than a month long?
Well, God bless you because most people who are on this drug are either recovering from a surgical procedure and cannot physicially leave because of this or are unable to afford to go anywhere for a month because they are on social security and/or disabled and unable to travel without great assistance.
Perhaps it's time to switch to something lighter so you can get a longer prescription?
...I think it's great you are even considering a lengthy travel...it's s sign you are on the road to recovery.

You can visit a doctor, like an urgent care clinic, while you are on vacation, or explain your situation to your usual doctor and have your doctor call in the prescription to a pharmacy that is near your vacation location so that you can pick up your supply there.

Most people go on vacation for a week or two tops. If you have a months worth of medication I don't understand what's keeping you from taking a vacation.

That is something you will have to work out with your doctor.
