My brother formatted our PC...I lost some very important files that were stored on my C drive. Is there anyway to recover these files knowing that the hard disk went through more then one Formattage? I m really desperate since these files are more then 100 hundred demos and loops that I created over the last 5 years...I can't believe I lost them forever..I would really appreciate any help.

Thank You

Download : recover my files from mininova(torrent).
Connect your hdd as a secondary drive on another PC.
Run the software, it is NOT 100% but it is quite close depending on the condition of your HDD.

It's too late! Especially if he formatted more than once or twice. Sorry, but that's why you back up important data

stop using your pc the more you access your HDD, the more the chance the file is being overwritten. download an undelete program http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=CNz&q=free+undelete&btnG=Search
