No, but we should make sure they are properly treated and paid proper wages, so that the business community cannot just exploit them as a cheap labour resource. It is the undercutting on wage rates that is causing a lot of the bad feeling in this country. British people must be given a fair opportunity to work in their own country for a realistic wage. Any country that does not value it's own working people is in deep doo doo .

I work with a well educated, professional polish woman who works hard any pays her taxes.
They need to look at some of the lay abouts from any background who happily claim benefits and don't want to get off their lazy butts and deport them to somewhere they would have to work and not be given a free ride!

i thought the Polish in these islands are the reason that the economies are not in a worse state. i say get more in that we it will really annoy the bigots in the BNP who dislike them because they are mostly Catholic.

the majority of people that come from poland .come here to work ,unlike the rest of the immigrants that seem to carry on the way of life their used to ie stealing what they need . then youve got the immigrants that come here just to use our n h s. im sorry but its not on

The UK would not survive without the EC in the same economic strength as it currently has. It would become ever more closely economically linked to the USA and have you seen what is currently happening to their economy/currency. Undfer EC law we cannot prohibit EC citizens from entering the country, nor from working. So to deport the Poles we'd have to leave the EC.

NO!!....what harm are they doing? the only immigrants that should be removed forcably from Britain are muslims. the poles are here to intigrate and be part of the country. they do not bomb us or preach hate towards us......they simply want to better themselves. if you want to remove immigrants then surely it would make more sense to remove those that are a danger to the country.
