A turkey sandwich, no I don't get sleepy. A huge turkey dinner, ala Thanksgiving with all the trimmings, yes, probably because I spent all morning in the kitchen cooking the meal then ate entirely too much. LOL

i eat half a pound of turkey breast everyday for lunch but i don't feel sleepy, I only feel sleepy when I eat the ones for thanksgiving(soaked in beer).
