clip in extensions are great.. low matinence and last long.. wash them like once ever 2-3 weeks
No, they dont cause migrains lol
About 50-100$ for a full head of hair,(14-20 inches long) you can find them in mall stands. You might need to sew the clips in, which isnt hard at all. try to get european ones, asian is too coarse.

I work in a hair extension specialists/hair dressers, and they recommend that you only have extentions if your hair can support them, and if it is thick enough. Its also recommended that you have hair longer than 5 inches.
If you want hair extentions that stay in for a few months, then you can get extentions called cinderella hair or monofibre.
Cinderella hair is real hair, and costs around £360 for a ful head, then on top of that you normally need to have refills every 2-3 months. Not very cheap at all..
On the other hand.. Monofibre hair is 3 times lighter than normal hair, so it would be a big help to you if your hair tends to snap easily. The price varies depending on how long you want it, how much you want put it and so on. If you can find a shop that does these by you then you normally go for a consultation first, they will tell you whether or not your hair is sustainable. The two above ententions are put in your hair without glue, they are simply plaited around your hair.
However if you want something that you can take out for bed, or just put it in whenever you feel, then go to a shop that sells wigs and they normally have hair extention packets. These ententions clip in and you can cut them to your desired length (the are around 20 inches when you get them). The down side is these dont usually last very long with straightening and curling, whereas the other two do.
One more tip.. if you want your hair to grow in more quickly and much thicker, there are various tablets you can take. If you live in England then holland and barrett sell capsules that really help and are about £5. If you dont live in England then jst find a shop that sells different herbal remedies and such lol
Hope i helped.. Sorry about the big essay though.. and the typo's
Good luck :)

I know how you feel. My hair is quite thin aswell. I had always wanted hair extension but heard that hair extentsions can be hard to maintain and that you would need to take a trip to the hairdresser like every second month to get it retouched. If kept in too long they could cause bald spots. I reackon that you should get those clip on hair extentsions. They are great, do not do too much damage and is very secure. If you buy the ones with real hair they look very natural. They make you look instantly glamourous. Plus its much easier to maintain. Just clip on; clip off. I heard that they can last for a very long time. Like years even. They are much cheaper too. Good luck. I am sure that you would look great with any type of extentsions and hair style.

Buy a wig instead for that look. Extensions will cause too much tension on your hair and cause a lot of breakage

Extensions can be very rough on your natural tresses.
They cause breakage & even bald spots in some areas on your head.
Buy a wig cap & a wig!
Your hair will grow tremendously!

well i got extentions and they tore atleased half of my hair out ( no exaduration)
but i suggest go for clip in extentions,
real hair is best but if you cant affort them try senthetic.
senthetic are realy shiny so make sure your hair colour the the glossyness of your hair and the extentions are roughly the same.
goodluck
