Here's what I can do....

on ground:
back handspring,
back tuck,
front handspring,
front tuck,
round off- with rebound,
and basic tricks like cart wheels rolls and handstands (for 2 minutes... :P)


on trampoline:
all the above stuff and:
barani (180 front flip)
360 front flip
back layout
and basic stuff......

well make the most of it, you never know when your'e body will let you down like my did when I got a bad back that stops me doing heaps of stuff that I used to take for granted
