it not a easy as going to recruitment office and saying i want to join you have to pass tests then go to training camp for aweek just to see if you are good to get in then if you are lucky Enif to be accepted you will have 32 week of training to do the failure rate is about 95% so if you are not comited to the royals you will not get in as an ex boot on the outside now i hope you get your green lid the green beret and you will have the pride to say you are in the toughest military unit in the world

If you are a SA citizen you will have to have permission from the SA government in terms of the "Foreign military assistance act". If you don't get that permission you could be in serious trouble if you ever went back to SA.

Yes,there are lots of troops from different countries in the British Army.I would advise you to start training as the RM is no walk in the park.
