9.1 Refund Rules
This year refund rules have been made easier as per the guidelines of AICTE and MHRD. Admission fee will be refunded, after deducting 10% of the initial fee deposit or Rs. 1000/- which ever is less from the initial fee, to the candidates withdrawing from the counselling process at any stage of counselling.
Refund after taking admission in the allotted institute will be as per Refund Rules of the institute.

Note: For candidates seeking withdrawal from the counselling process on or before Aug.3rd, 2007, DDs deposited by the candidates will be returned after payment of the balance amount (i.e., the difference between the amount of draft and refund due). The candidates can get back original DD deposited by them, after payment of the
balance amount upto Aug 03, 2007. In case the balance amount is not paid by the candidates, cheques issued by CCB, Delhi for the refund amount will be sent by post at the address given by the candidate.
