Um, ok. Here's the thing, maybe you should go out to parties and socialise, and NOT ask a question on an internet site.
I'd be practising what I've just said, but I promised mum I wouldn't drink for a month, so there's the problem. Though I'm hoping to get a girlfriend tomorrow, again.
But seriously. Grow up.

Hey we have all been there a few times. Heck I am there now and I am 28. Don't worry to much your time will come, my first real girlfriend was not until I was 16. Hey I hope you get some good advice, heck I could use some. =)

It usually take some time to be comfortable with a female in order to ask her if she would be your girlfriend.

First of all, be confident! if you like a girl, flirt her. Boys who are shy are not attractive. grab the moment and the girl you like to go out with you!
