Religion is an established method by men created in order to reach God. Christianity is God reaching out to man through his son Jesus.
More than a correct religion, I look for a lifestyle in the believers of specific religion. I met good people in many different religions. However, there were few believers who really had true fruits and an honest lifestyle in the many different religious beliefs I interacted with.
Conclusion: religions do not make a person correct or wrong. When someone tells me that his/her religion is the correct one, I know it's not true.
There are not corrects religions. Only true, honest, and clear lifestyles. Facts and actions speak bolder than any written methods of beliefs.

To find out whether it's correct or not, you need to have knowledge and time to examine it. If you believe in the Bible as God’s Word then consider these 10 factors:
1. The true religion worships the only true God, Jehovah.—Deuteronomy 6:4, 5; Psalm 146:5-10; Matthew 22:37, 38. (since original Bible mentioned Jehovah’s name 7000 times)
2. The true religion offers access to God by means of Christ Jesus.—John 17:3, 6-8; 1 Timothy 2:5, 6; 1 John 4:15.
3. The true religion teaches and practices unselfish love.—John 13:34, 35; 1 Corinthians 13:1-8; 1 John 3:10-12.
4. The true religion remains untainted by worldly politics and conflicts. It is neutral in time of war.—John 18:36; James 1:27.
5. The true religion lets God be true by accepting the Bible as God’s Word.—Romans 3:3, 4; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13.
6. The true religion does not condone war or personal violence.—Micah 4:2-4; Romans 12:17-21; Colossians 3:12-14.
7. The true religion successfully unites people of every race, language, and tribe. It does not preach nationalism or hatred, but love.—Isaiah 2:2-4; Colossians 3:10, 11; Revelation 7:9, 10.
8. The true religion advocates serving God, not for selfish gain or a salary, but out of love. It does not glorify men. It glorifies God.—1 Peter 5:1-4; 1 Corinthians 9:18; Matthew 23:5-12.
9. The true religion proclaims the Kingdom of God as man’s sure hope like Jesus did, not some political or social philosophy, .—Mark 13:10; Acts 8:12; 28:23, 30, 31.
10. The true religion teaches the truth regarding God’s purpose for man and the earth. It does not teach the religious lies of immortal soul and eternal torment in hell. It teaches that God is love.—Judges 16:30; Isaiah 45:12, 18; Matthew 5:5; 1 John 4:7-11; 2 Samuel 14:14; Revelation 21:3,4
Basically, a religion is true if it makes a person a better person when he or she lives by it.

Mack Brown is correct that Football is the correct religion and I'll echo his sentiment, and add only the following:
If modern science can't help you answer most of your questions, which Bona Fide religion will rationally attempt to do so, eh?
When heaven forbid your loved one is on my operating table... who do you really have faith in, me and my skill or in a Deity who has to worry about 6 some odd billion other people with their issues?
If any of the Bona Fide religions were correct, then why is it that I spend my bloody life fixing people's pathologies, many who haven't even spoken their first words yet.... Just think about this... Does it really make sense to you to have faith in an entity that kills innocent children, men, women and bestows horrible diseases on them??? The typical explanations generally use scripture as explanation, that's bloody dumb, dog, bloody ridiculous.
And lastly, I'm a surgeon, I spend my career working like a dog to fix people.... Why would doctors be necessary if a given religion was correct. Aren't people of my profession acting directly against the will of the religious Deity? Just think about it?

there are no religions that are correct, however, there is a correct religion.
the correct religion is the religion that brings you closer to your own spirituality.
Spirituality is about understanding yourself. You can not have a meaningful relationship with another person, much less a spiritual being, unless you first understand yourself and your relationship to the material and spiritual world.

No religion is correct or incorrect. Personal opinions and views affect which religion is right for you. You must research them and "feel" them out to find the right one for you.
Why? Because each religion is different, and not just one is right for everyone.

All religions are correct because God has never chastised any one of them. It's the religions who do that.

There is not a correct religion and a wrong religion. It is always us make it right and make it wrong. Religion for me is gathering of a group of people to celebrate God!s Name. It is being celebrated in so many ways but still everybody beleives in one God.

No religion is correct. They all have threads of truth running through them but they are flawed and dangerous to our mental health and wellbeing. Don't believe me? Turn on the news.

The one that is based on the eternal God who cared so much for you that He gave up all that He had to become a wretch like you and me. Then went even further to die the death of a criminal so that you might live forever. No other religion besides Bible based Christianity can offer you that.
Every other religion is based on works. Humans, as you know are not that faithful or reliable. No religion based on works will save you. Only Christianity that is based on faith in a gracious Creator satisfies the longings of the soul.
