Is it safe for kids? What do you know about Westchester, N.Y?

Is westchester safe ? LOL ! it's the richest community in the U.S. LOL ! "Bubba" Clinton and his Communist wife have nestled in quite nicely there (they can't go back to Arkansas after raising all the taxes there, they'll get shot)

There are good parts and bad parts of Westchester. Some are incredibly wealthy, and some are quite bad (specifically some parts just north of the Bronx). Do what you would do anywhere else; do a little research, and you'll come up with good info. Narrow down the question a bit; which parts of Westchester are you looking at?

hey i was born and raised in ny. im 17 years old... im not gonna lie to you some parts are safe and others arent westchester is fine. but im from Manhattan (ny, ny) like in every state theirs good and bad you just have to deal with it... they will be safe its not that bad =)

Westchestr is a real nice place. I am ex Bergen County, NJ. Same type of place. You can enjoy your life there. Property taxes too high for me.

For both areas: depends upon your $$$ and if your kids are savvy ....and if you are protective and careful of them.
