Perhaps you should post what you need translated so a helpful person that speaks romanian could translate it for you. All those programs are horrid anyway.

Unfortunantly, there is no direction translations from german to romanian, and altavista's babel fish and google language tool did not provide the solutions either, but I did find this site that can translate German and Romanian. You would have to translate German into English and then into Romanian. You would lose quite a bit since the two steps translation, but it's better than nothing.
