Is there any camera of CANON with 8 megapixel & 4-5x optical zoom WITH FULL MANUAL FEATURES?

I need digital camera with full manual features of Canon with 4-5x optical zoom & 8 megapixel .I have seen the SX100 IS of Canon but it is beyond my budget.please give me the model number if there is any camera of the above specifications.The camera must be of CANON & not more than 4-5x optical zoom.please mention the model name & also THE INDIAN RETAIL PRICE IN RUPEES OF THAT CAMERA.thanking you
