I am 5'9" and 190lbs. I want to put some muscles (already have some, but they aren't like Goku's in Dragonball Z). I am starting off slowly with 4 minutes of Timework FX and 4 minutes of AB King Pro. How long should I continue at this level? What should my future workouts be like? Need some good advice. Thanks.

5'9'' 190lbs? Well if you ever want those muscles to show you're going to have to lose some obvious body fat, no offense. Run for 30 minutes non stop at least 3 times a week.

And if you dont take my advice, so what if you get muscles? they wont be noticable.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

go back to basic classics....

get a bench, a squat and a incline....do 6 sets of 8 reps with what you feel comfortable with....your going to be sore and not want to work out, but do it anyways. you will get used to it

work out every other day, 1 day work out, other day do a run, then the next day, work out....ect....
