I'm 13 and it seems impossible to lose weight! I've been doing loads of exercise (jump rope, dancing, daily sit ups/crunches) but I never lose weight. I'm really starting to doubt that I can lose even a pound.

the diet that you follow determines the size and shape of your body not the exercises that you participate in....you need to continue to exercise and eat healthier foods that are all natural in grown in the earth not man made in a factory somewhere.

It's possible. sometimes it just takes a lil time to show. just keep exercising along with a healthy diet. alot of people don't eat enough so your body thinks your starving it and shuts down so what ever you do eat your 3 meals a day (low calorie of course) your body needs it as fuel. also keep in mind that if your building muscle the # on the scale won't go down cause muscle weighs more than fat. good luck

You also have to limit your calorie intake to go along with all that exercise. You can do all the crunches and sit ups you want but if your main source of food is junk and high calorie, high carbs you won't lose anything.

Loosing weight is possible. Are you generally an active person? If you are then maybe you need to find things that work your body differently then your regular everyday routine. Are you getting your heart rate up there over your normal heart rate? Also when you start to work out you won;t see results for about 6 weeks. Not to mention eating healthy.
Good luck!

I think great weight loss is a combination between exercise and diet. As you are already active on your exercise, you might need to look closer at your diet such as avoid crab or process food, funk food, soda, sugar or snack.
