My boyfriend is an undocumented alien from Mexico, he entered illegaly. If we were to get married, what kinds of petitions or forms would we need to go through to eventually apply him for Legal Permanent Residency? Do we need to live in Mexico for a long time? Is it available here? Please help!!!

We have a very close and loving relationship...he came here to work, then he was going to go back...but that was before he met me...I care more about getting his citizenship than he does...so stop the "he's using you" comments, they don't help...

It's possible but it's a long and usually stressful process with no guarantees at the end.
It is, however the only way to get him legalized.
Here are the steps:

Lots of information on that site about the I601 form that he'll have to fill out eventually. He will have to leave and go to Mexico for his appointment.
Good luck!
Edit: what peace said won't work because when he leaves the US, he will trigger the 3/10 year ban depending on how long he's been here illegally. He'll still need to file the waiver.

Ignore all the other crappy answers.. peace gave you the right info. Go to immigrate2us.net and get the story.. it is more than can fit here.
He --will-- have to go to Mexico, and you --will-- have to show extreme hardship when he files for the waiver.
Ask over ther about the benefits of a fiance vs spouse visa.. the wait for a spouse is very, very long compared to a fiance.

I think you are young. Its nice to be in love. It's sad when its with a criminal.
Do not marry someone who is in this country illegally. While I agree with other posters that there is a high chance you are being played, the fact is that it is so common these days that getting married won't make his citizenship any easier. In fact it will just put a greater burden on your relationship in the meantime.
Don't get m arried until he is legal. And get him legal . ANd dont have babies with this man either. No baby deserves to be brought into a volatile situation where their daddy is in the country illegally.

If he came to the U.S. illegally, he is using you to gain his citizenship. Have you ever asked him why did he slipped across the Border? It was a reason for that. Everybody is fleaing from their Country to the Land of opportunity to get on the Gravy Train.

Marry your Mexican boyfriend so that he could apply for residency and later on for US citizenship.
