Hello All,

I have a 3 week holiday coming up ( WOOP! LOL) and I'm planning on working out 3 times a week, everyday during the holiday ( Includes Sit-Ups too btw!) and I'm wondering, will I get a 6 pack from this? Thanks, and by the way, I have a VERY healthy diet ( Mum is a doctor lol).

Thanks

3 weeks sound alittle short. But yea you could if you work hard every training. Don't neglect cardio since you need to reduce your bodyfat percentage for your abs to be more visible.

Try weighted crunches(hold a weight plate to your chest), leg raises and planks.

Genetics play the biggest role in developing a defined 6 pack. I t may take some a couple of weeks working out but others doing the same work out never achieve the results. this is normal and depending on your genetics you too may develop some with a little hard work. If not don't be alarmed we are all different and have different body types.

I would say about 3 to 4 months working hard on your sit ups though. and if u want good results do monday thru friday you will be sore for that first week but the second youll continue with no soreness because your body will be used to it now.

everybody has a 6 pack, you need to remove the layer of fat covering up the abdominal wall. that comes from decreasing your caloric intake, eating better foods and exercising at a high level of intensity.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.fit-quick-thin.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $6.95 shipping and handling.
