I had a dream where I died (yeah completely freaky) and I got to see everyone's reaction,

Yes, dying in a dream is not that unusual.
Think of what's going on in your life. Is there a "new you"? For example, are you going through puberty, getting married, losing weight, taking on a much more important role at work, etc.?
You dreamt that your old self died. It can be a very good thing, but a little scary.

I think maybe this dream is less about having died in the dream than the fact that you were able to see other people's reaction. Maybe you've been feeling lonely or alienated somehow from those around you; seeing how they responded to your death might serve to remind you that you are truly loved and valued by your family and friends.

confident I actual have those desires too. i will somewhat bear in mind them, they're very faint and perplexing. I first dream approximately some extraordinary, nonsense, out-of-place dream. Then months later i will think of "wait, i've got been right here in the previous, now that dream is wise." oftentimes mine are consistently preconceived of latest jobs, new residing house, or area (like a tub) that I quickly would be in. i've got dreamed approximately each interest i've got had in the previous I ever even knew approximately it. It baffles me.

I didn't get to see anyone's reaction. But I did see someone dead in my dream I knew to be me. The face was against me, but the body was unmistakable. Happened a couple of times more when I read RL Stine before sleeping. Never saw my face even once though. No croud reaction either. Just dead. Somehow that was never scary. After all, seeing someone die is more chilling than just seeing a dead body, face against you.
It's really got to do with what you read or think of before sleeping. Horror books/Scary thoughts may result in things like these.
I suppose the fact says that you can't kill yourself in a dream.

You can die in a dream. You can do anything in a dream that your mind can imagine. It is nothing to fear. Dream interpretors will tell you that death means rebirth and you are about to make a positive change in your life. Do I believe that? No. It has more to do with what you are thinking about when you go to sleep more usually.

dying usually ends a dream but technically you're not supposed to be able to read in a dream (cause its a different part of the brain) but i have, so it goes to show that in the dream world anything is possible

I had a dream three times when I was fifteen:
A robber shot me in the head at point pblank range, and my soul left my body. I was looking down at my corpse, and saw the blood oozing from the bullet wound in my forehead.
Then I felt myself "ascending" (towards heaven, I guess)
Then i woke up.
So, yeah, you can die in a dream.

Death in a dream can mean that a part of you that is no longer working has died. In other words, you have given up that coping skill or device.

Dying in dream shows symbol of disappointment, failure, giving up.
Projecting your death may show sign of some sort of things you want to give up in life and death may be the last resource in your subconscious mind and that is why you dream it out as death.
