Matthew 15:11 says, "It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man." Which if you look at it from the right angle means Christians can eat whatever they want.

Acts 10:9-16 . 9Now on the morrow, while those men were traveling and approaching the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray, about the sixth hour. 10And he became very hungry and wanted to eat. But while those men prepared, a trance fell upon him. 11And he sees heaven opened, and a certain container descending to him, like a great sheet bound at four corners, and being lowered to the earth,
12in which were all the four-footed things of the earth, and the wild beasts, and the creeping things, and the birds of the sky.
13And a voice came to him, After rising, Peter, kill and eat.
14But Peter said, Not so, Lord, because I have never eaten anything profane or unclean.
15And a voice again for a second time,
What God has cleansed, thou shall not make profane (ACV)
Romans 14:19-20 19So then we should pursue the things of peace, and the things of constructiveness for each other. 20Do not tear down the work of God because of food.
All things indeed are clean, . . . (ACV)
Hebrews 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant he hath made the first old. But that which is becoming old and waxeth aged is nigh unto vanishing away. (ASV)

Yeah hold on a second.
9 The next day, as they went on their journey and drew near the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray, about the sixth hour. 10 Then he became very hungry and wanted to eat; but while they made ready, he fell into a trance 11 and saw heaven opened and an object like a great sheet bound at the four corners, descending to him and let down to the earth. 12 In it were all kinds of four-footed animals of he earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air. 13 And a voice came to him, "Rise, Peter; kill and eat." 14 But Peter said, "Not so, Lord! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean." 15 And a voice spoke to him again the second time, "What God has cleansed you must not call common." 16 This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again. Acts 10:9-16 NKJV
thar we go. Right here god decided to make everything "clean" again.

That is part of the Mosaic law, meant for a particular people, at a particular time and place. Gentiles have never been under the law. Christians are under grace, not law. The question is, can you show a passage from the New Testament where it is prohibited to the believer?

Peter's Vision
9About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. 11He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air. 13Then a voice told him, "Get up, Peter. Kill and eat."
14"Surely not, Lord!" Peter replied. "I have never eaten anything impure or unclean."
15The voice spoke to him a second time, "Do not call anything impure that God has made clean."
16This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.

The ten commandments are in the old testament.
Fact is, they eat pig cause they like it. Swine's flesh is a delicacy for them.
Jesus himself knew the flesh of a hog was not fit for human consumption, that's why when he needed somewhere to send 214 demons he chose a herd of them.

Pork is a meat like any other one,the reason it was prohibited is,if it's under cooked it's harmful and because of the old egyptian myth that believed eating pork contracts leprosy. Why do you think Hare & Camel were also prohibited?

Well you see, the New Testament is where they changed their minds about some things. So its the New Testament that counts.
