Immediately.

The Catholic Church believes that God does not recognize civil divorces.

Jesus said, "Therefore what God has joined together, no human being must separate." (Mark 10:9)

However there may be hope of a declaration of nullity.

The term "annulment" is a misnomer because the Church does not undo or erase a marriage bond.

Rather the Church issues a declaration of nullity when it discovers that the parties were not truly joined by God and hence a full spiritual sacramental marriage as understood by the Church was not present.

Then the parties are free to marry for the first time.

With love in Christ.

Think about it.SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT IT! Does it say anywear in the bible about how long you can remarry. The Catholic rules arent the Bibles rules. The Catholic rules are made up by humans. I mean seriously in the Bible it doesnt say anything about nuns or popes. The Catholic religion itself is a fake. Catholizm adds too many things that the Bible tells nothing about. Seriously all thees rituals that the Popes or preists do have nothing to do with Gods rules and yet the Catholic preists insist its Gods will. I think Cathicalism is a way the devil is trieng to to turn away good people who honestly want to serve God and his will away from Him.

Oh and if you ask your preist what should you do. Tell him to back it up by the Bible. If he can then he is right. But remember if he cant you might be going against Gods will and you dont want to do that.

A decree of nullity confirms that there was never a valid marriage to begin with, so one is free to marry immediately.

Who cares what a pagan catholic teaches, the Laws of Yahweh say it is Adultery to marry again when your first one is still alive. Does that count for nothing?
Mar 10:11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
Mar 10:12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
Luk 16:18 Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from [her] husband committeth adultery.
