The sky is blue because it scatters light of a higher frequency. Light from the red end of the spectrum travels directly from the sun to our eyes, but blue light bounces off the air molecules, scatters around, and appears to be coming from all directions.
Water is wet only when it's in liquid form. When in solid form (ice) and gaseous form (steam) it is not wet. All liquids, including water, are by definition wet; it is the defining characteristic of liquids. It's like asking "why is low-frequency light red?"
Judas HAD to rat to the Romans, otherwise Christ would not have suffered and died on the cross for us. It was part of the plan; someone had to do it; it turned out to be Judas.

Why is a tree good?
The sky is a reflection of the water. Water is wet because of it's molecular structure. And Judas was a coward that later realized he screwed up.

The sky is blue, because God made it so. Water is wet, because God made it so. Judas was a rat.
