I'm on the dark spectrum of olive skin, and I have dark brown hair which sometimes looks like a dark burgundy... I really want to dye my hair blue black? I think that the contrast with my skin tone and hair will make my eyes pop?

No - I don't think blue/black will complement your skin tone.

Blue/black is best w/ cool toned skin. You might be warmed toned. Here's how to check:

Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

I say go for it. I think it will look good. If it dosen't turn out the way you expected then dont worry. It's just hair, it will eventually grow out.

Sure. If your hair is already dark, go for it.
