I make a beaut fritata ( i call it ) by some of my friends have called it a quiche.

I said its not a quiche

Can someone help me end the 'argument"

totally different animals from each other. A fritatta is really an italian omelete. But instead of the fillings being wrapped in the omelete they are added to the egg mixture and served in wedges. A quiche is more of a custard type pie baked in a pie crust.

a fritata- usually is an egg And potatoes base baked in a one pan meal and usualy finished it in the oven depending on the person

a quiche - is egg based BUT its in a pie crust so they are different tell them that lol..
