Snake, Im lucky, my wife loves racin just as much as I do. So we both suffer. But our love is so strong that we can get through anything.

My wife likes racing as much as I do. This is my first winter away from Fl. But until this year I could go to the speedway in Daytona and watch all the testing for ARCA , BUSH, Trucks and the 24 Hr. cars. It was a couple of days a week thru January so didn't have to go long for a NASCAR fix. Don't know what I'll do this winter.

My husband just isn't in to it as much as me, YET. But I am working on him. He usually watches the first little bit, then leaves, lol. When he comes back he will always ask me questions about it, like who won, or how did this driver or that driver do. Sometimes he will even call and ask what is going on. His best friend races in the summer at a couple local dirt tracks, and he tries to go to as many of those as he can. He is more sick about that season being over than NASCAR.

Well I'm single so, I just count the days..I have some races that I taped during the yr believe it or not, the times goes by real fast..Theres always Nascar news to fill the fix.. I watch football and ice hockey..But my mind is always on Nascar..Hey I live in Calif....most guys could care less about Nascar..I'm ready for speed weeks right now.....can't we just move the calendar forward?????

...Naah. He goes deer hunting and I like to go with him sometimes. Very peaceful. My feet usually gets cold or I fall asleep in the woods from all of the warm clothing. We hardly ever argue. He's alright. Just don't tell him I said that. lol
...I definitely miss Nascar but it gives us a chance to focus on other things.

Fortunately we're moving soon so we'll both be too preoccupied to worry about it. But he gets more upset about it than I do.
On the plus side he gets more yard/housework done during the off season!!
