Not as bad as candy because at least there are usually at least 10 vitamins and minerals in cereal so there is some nutrition. Candy has nothing.

in Trix cereal there is Vitamins, A,C,D,B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Folic Acid, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Riboflavin, and Zinc. These are in most if not all cereal you buy.

It can definitely contain as much or more sugar than candy, considering the serving size is only a cup, but most cereal is at least fortified with vitamins/minerals. It's not as bad for you, but it's not great either.

Kinda, sorta- I guess. I know of alot of people who eat it dry right out of the box- for a snack... -But I'm not sure I'd call it "candy..." I'd LIKE to think that it was alittle HEALTHIER than THAT... But, I could be wrong...

No, cereal has vitamins added. I doubt Hubba Bubba does.

It is about moderation.
