DEPARTMENTS HAVE TO SEND TEST QUESTIONS TO A UNIVERSITY TO BE EVALUATED FOR THE QUESTION.
THE QUESTIONS HAVE A RATING PUT TO THEM AND A POINT VALUE ASSIGNED.QUESTIONS HAVE TO BE STANDARDIZED FOR ALL ETHNIC GROUPS TO UNDERSTAND OR THE VALIDITY TEST CAN BE APPLIED IF CHALLENGED IN A COURT OF LAW.
