The patient is having a tumour spread over the facial bones, jaws and throat area. It may be a malignant one. So ask the doctor about malignancy.

this person has a large, and growing tumor in thier skull, it has already destroyed one sinus and is spreading. Sorry, it doesn't look very good for this patient.
