One would be tempted to say twenty hours; however, there are two many unknowns here. Is the wall made of brick or wood, or rocks, or what? Is it made of something heavy which requires six ment to lift? Is it an inside wall or an outside wall? How long, how thick, and how high is it?
Eight men could get in each other's way and actually take more time than a four-man crew.
How many are actually working on the wall and how many are transporting materials, and from how far away?
There are too many variables and too many unknowns to answer this question with any degree of accuracy.
