Have you recently had your doctor check to see if you have diabetes? Just a thought.

Also, are you drinking enough WATER? I've read that foods and beverages containing high fructose corn syrup actually leave the consumer craving for more.

try drinking water and not other things. If that doesn't work, your body may be needing salts and electrolytes, so eat something. You really should drink a hell of a lot more than 30 ounces a day.

Not a doctor, so won't try to diagnose. But... 96 ounces is way toooooo much water for one day! Go see a general practician/family doctor. This could be serious.

It's obviously a sign of dehydration of course but the cause is really what you need to find. Sometimes medication will cause your body to react this way as will more serious situations like diabetes. Regardless if it persists see a doctor soon.

Diabetes or even an over-active thyroid (Graves disease) can make you so very thirsty and it will seem like you can never quench your thirst. Either of these can be very serious. Make an appointment with your doctor if the thirst persists.

Could be an early sign of Diabetes or you just needed more water today. If you still have this problem on Monday call your doctor.

Get checked for diabetes. Being thirsty is a symptom. A person should have about 80oz a day you could get your electrolites messed up so be very careful....Go see your Doctor!

It all depends on what you are drinking. And what exactly are you drinking 30 or 96 ounces of?

Excessive thirst can be a symptom of diabetes or a thyroid problem. If you're concerned about it a simple blood test can help detect both.
