Awwe Im in the same situation. I think you should give him a small simple kiss and then give him a note that says
"I Heart you"
But right after you give him those things just run away.
After he reads it He will chase you if he feels the same way =]]

first of all, u have to tell him face to face, not through the phone or text or email.. it has to be face to face, cuz its a personal thing.. saying i love u to a person just comes naturally, u'll just feel its the right time to say it, if that happens, dnt back out, say it right away, look into his eyes (i know its cheesy), smile and say i love you.. thats sweet.

omygosh!!! you should sooooo totally like make him a really cute card or something and decorate it and write in big letters I LOVE YOU!!!then you should like put it in his locker,and when he reads it and comes and talks to you about it then kiss him and tell him face to face that you love him that would be sooooooooo cute omygosh you have to do that and tell me what happened pls!! you can email me too.hope my advice helped you

When my husband first said it when we were talking he called me and was telling me how much he appreciated me, then, when were were about to hang out he's like, 'and I love you'... Ha, I was like wtf? WHAT did you say? It was pretty adorable. It doesn't matter if it's done on the phone or in person methinks because you can hear their voice and maybe they're just shy of the rejection!
