probably an allergic reaction, but honey if she is over 21 she is perfectly capable of knowing when she needs a doctor, so calm down, panicking isn't helping her any. A dose of benedryl might help, but unless she begins to have trouble breathing, there isn't much more a doctor would do anyway....if she does have trouble breathing, call 911.

Sounds like an allergic reaction. If you have any Benadryl (diphenhydramine), give her 50 mg of it NOW. If her breathing becomes compromised, she starts having problems swallowing, etc., call 911. It usually takes a shot of epinephrine to treat it.

Probably an allergic reaction to a soap, lotion, food, etc. If it doesn't go away she should get it checked out.

i'm an atheist, and that i might in no way hit a undesirable defenseless question! heavily although, i do no longer recommendations. i would not come right here if i did no longer get bashed via questions. as long as Christians do no longer persecute me in actual life, they are wonderful with me.

if there is swelling then it is most likely allergies, if they are hives it is probably allergies, i would try allergy benadryl if that doesn't help then it probably is a sickness- give it a couple hours and if it gets worse take her to the doctor.
