:) It's absolutely fine! And in fact, there are yogurt treats made especially for cats. My cat highly recommends them!

I've always given my cats anything I eat (except chocolate). My first cat lived to 21 years of age and it didn't die...we put it down. One of my cats now does exactly what you said your cat does with the yogurt. I eat a yogurt every morning and every morning without fail my Dizzy comes a runnin for his yogurt. I call him my yogurt baby. He is 5 years old and healthy as could be. I think the only time it would NOT be ok for a cat is when they are a small kitten and their digestive track is still developing. Other than that I am sure it's fine. If not,, then I'm in trouble too...lol

A little would be ok, but not the high sugar varieties (these usually have fruit in them). Plain vanilla should be fine. A spoonful isn't going to hurt them, and if they've been on antibiotics for a while (which kill stomach flora) giving some yougurt can help their stomachs settle back in.

My cats have drank wbole milk since kittens. They have all lived from 10 to 16 years old. My punkin loves yogurt too. He gets a teaspoon of mine any flavor everytime i eat one.

It's a milk product so a small amount isn't likely to hurt her too badly. My cat has eaten small amounts of yogurt and has never had any problems.
I wouldn't be feeding it to her by the container full though. lol :)
