I want to play my xbox 360 in my room, where I only have a computer monitor with DVI and VGA inputs, I know Microsoft sells a cable that plugs into the 360 and has a VGA output, but I want to be able to plug in other devices that use AUX as well. I have tried tuner cards and the delay they have is too much to play with.

Basically I want a AUX to VGA cable thats under 40$.
Thanks!

AUX is a very generic term for auxiliary devices. There is no such thing as AUX to VGA.
(What is AUX in your case? Component, composite, S-Video?)

I recommend buying a DVI to HDMI cable and use that to connect the xbox to your monitor. You can buy such cables for less than $40.

You can buy a convertor for your device. They have VGA to AUX as well as AUX to VGA. Shop around online for what you are looking for specifically. When you search it, keep it "inside quotations" so you get the right thing
