You may want to talk with your doctor about how your feeling. There are many ways to decrease your stress levels ( aside from medication ) meditation, yoga, sometimes just having another person to vent to is helpful. If you're aware your abusing alcohol ( or other drugs ) look up a local Alcohol Anonymous meeting in your local phone book. You may find that there are a lot of people experiencing exactly what you are. Good luck to you!

You need help right away. Call your GP and schedule an appt. to get a referral for a therapist unless you have someone you trust who can help you with this. If you do, call them NOW...
You don't want to end up with an alcohol dependency problem on top of everything else. Don't let anything stop you from getting the help you need. Whatever has gone wrong is not the end of the world and there is help, trust me. There is a way out.

I know alcohol seems to help at first...but then it gradually makes you depressed and desperate and all the things you said. Try to get off it and find a medication that helps. You might be having panic attacks. I take a half mg. risperdal for panic attacks and PTSD. You might want to take a fourth mg. It really will help you with some of this. And try to get some exercise to relieve the stress. I know it's hard to get off alcohol. Pray a lot. Maybe God will lead you to someone who can help you. Good Luck.

Good on you for recognising that you need help. That's the first and hardest step to take.

Talk to a counsellor and express to them all that you are struggling with. Each issue - eg anger will be exasperating the next thing - eg need for excessive alcohol.

You are going to be ok. You just need a professional to pull you out of this down patch in your life.

Keep believing in yourself and God. You are a good person - you are just struggling right now.

I can relate. Just realize theres always a lot of other people way worse off than you are. If you think its real bad, seek help but first see if you can help yourself. Take a look at all the positive things you have in your life and be thankful that they are there.

The thing is you can share everything with God -he knows anyway. you ought to hear some of my prayers... You can cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you - and He does, no matter how you feel.

you probably need to exercise, if you aren't getting enough, you aren't going to have an outlet for all your stress. I highly suggest raquetball - take allyour frustration out on the little blue ball.

alcohol isn't going to help you - it just covers it up for a while. if you can'tquit, get help.
