I wondered a lot about that myself... but then I decided it doesn't matter if it's a deity or an alien from another dimension or just Mr. Walsch's imagination. The philosophy was pretty darn good regardless of the source.

No, it is not the God of the Bible is that is what you are asking. The man that wrote that is a New Age believer. He is not part of the Christian church or the family of Christ. Please beware if you are a Christian.

If you are saved and have repented of your sin. If what you hear is confirmed in the bible. If it is in keeping with the bible. God never breaks His word in scripture and He never tells anyone else to.
