Does anyone realize that Rick Warren has ties to Robert Schuller and quotes Bernie Siegel and Neale Donald Walsch? Look it up. And research it. God warns us to beware especially in these last days. Satan is always coming up with new ways to lead us away from the Truth.

Some info: Robert Schuller got into trouble for having study groups at his church on A Course in Miracles which is kind of like a Bible for New Agers. Want a quote from this book? How about: "Do not make the pathetic error of clinging to the old rugged cross" or "There is no sin; it has no consequence."
Neale Donald Walsch wrote "the era of the Single Savior is over"
Bernie Siegel is a doctor who had a strange meditation experience and found his inner spiritual guide named George. You can find this in his book called Love, Medicine and Miracles.
I don't care if books are sold in "Christian" sections. It doesn't mean that they are true to their word. Doesn't anyone remember the verse 2 Tim:4:3-4? It seems that everyone thinks that as long as it is in the Christian section, it's fine. Not the case. We are to practice discernment.

Robert Schuller is a Christian reverend. His books are found in the Christianity section of bookstores, not the new age section.
Bernie Siegel is a medical doctor and his books are in the medical and self help section.
Neale Donald Walsch's books wrote the Conversations with God.
I take it you don't read much.

What if the person who told you this bunk is actually Satan leading you away from the truth?

So glad you brought that up. Most people don't care because they aren't born again and don't have the Holy Spirit within them. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth and will help a Christian to love truth and discern error. Unfortunately most will not heed and will follow Warren and other false prophets down the road to Roman Catholicism via the Ecumenical Movement. All religions are looking for a Saviour, follow Warren and you will be embracing an Anti-Christ instead of the Christ of the Bible.

Anyone can think anything they want. That book made a break through in my spiritual life and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
