i think i have a bladder infection. I have a doctors appointment for monday. but can a bladder infection cause bloating of the stomach/lower stomach area?

it sometimes burns when i pee, like a tiny bit, and my by backs and stomach hurts sometimes, and my head hurts too. but they seem to go away and then come back, but my stomach also looks and feels bloated.

i just started drinking cranberry juice today, and i had to pee a lot when i drank it.

Yes. I have had that happen to me before. It is the infection causing irritability in that general region. Your back is hurting because of your kidneys. You could possibly have a kidney infection. This could cause blood in your urine. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice is another really good remedy until you see the doctor.

Bladder infections can cause a bloated feeling in the abdomen. The main symptoms are urgency to urinate, pain when urinating, and blood in the urine. Feeling like you have to pee, but can't as well.

The kidneys can become enlarged if you aren't urinating which can make the stomach look bloated. If you are having pain on your sides and in your back it's probably the kidney.

Well, why didnt you say that it burned when you urinated. Also, are you a female??
Males almost never get a UTI.

It is a UTI.. Get some anti-biotics. Your stomach probably is a different issue... Now give me a thumbs up..

Yes.But it will be accompanied with other symptoms, like burning while urinating and cloudy urine.

I suppose it could, but I've never heard of it, and I have UTIs all the time.
