Man boobs don't have milk ducts in them. And they're problably hairy. And they don't turn guys on.

sensitiivity on the nipple...men and women both are sensitive. Some find it erotic others don't.
Breast "tissue" on a woman doesn't have much sensitivity, big or little...maniplation and fonlding feels the same to us all.

I don't know how they feel to women but they feel fine to me .
Mine don't impress me with much feeling at all.

Ummm i dunno...Never grabbed a womans chest..Men's feel pretty good though.
