Go back to the doctor! That's probably the best advise you'll get on here.

It could be that the Zyrtec is not effective for you (I know it does little for some people, myself included). You may want to try some of the other over the counter medications like Claritin (also doesn't work for me) or Benadryl (which does work for me) to relieve the itch. However it is important to get to the bottom of what is causing the itch. You might want to ask your doctor to refer you to a dermatologist who can run skin tests to determine what is causing the itching. Also, if you use a scented fabric softener, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, or other scented products, you may want to change to unscented products. Sometimes something as little as changing brands of laundry detergent can cause such a reaction. In the meantime, use a body wash with oatmeal and aloe in it such as one made by St. Ives, take baths using Aveda's oatmeal bath, and take Benadryl for the itching.

Hope you feel better soon, itching is no fun!

I would have blood work done. It could be something as simple as a vit. deficency, or something more serious. If the blood is normal, then a perhaps a dermatologist is in order. Also, check any drugs you are taking, or check your diet.

It sounds like your symptoms are being taking care of of, but not the cause. Sorry to say, and don't be scared, but google "bed bugs" and other conditions and you might find the reason. Good luck.

Sounds like Urticaria. Urticaria is a skin disorder. Sometimes you get this when you have another disease such as Lupus or arthritus.

Lupus attacts your organs and your skin is one of your biggest organs.

You should get a blood workup if your doctor has not done one yet. Also, have you changed anything (soap, new pet, cologne). Have you changed your diet?
