what anorexics eat varies but its usually around 0 - 300 calories. everything they eat they through up or work off. they have alot of water as well. they loose around 4 kgs/ 8 pounds a week. though this can vary on the person. and in that 300 calories the most popular food which anorexics eat are celery, carrots, lettuce, apples, crackers and little things with empty calories with less to nothing in them. they would eat around 300 calories and work off about 1000 calories so obviously they will loose weight. but the downer side is that concentration levels and weakness of the body is very bad though if you stick to it for a while your body will get use to it and it will become a ritual. though the first few weeks are hard. anorexic people are people who are usually skinny to start off with and want bones sticking out of their body's. though i find that attractive but thats just my opinion. i believe that anorexic people usually eat 0 - 300 calories a day. drink cold water when feeling cravings. i hope i have answered your question. if you need any more advice im the best person to ask because i will not judge you and tell you stuff like, "Are you asking us to help you become anorexic??" and stuff like that. nothing tastes as good as thin feels. =]

If you are writing a term paper, then why were you on here asking how to lose 4lbs per week when you are 5'7" and 130 lbs? It wasn't that long ago tonight that you were asking how to lose weight. I am not answering this question and I hope no one else does either.
