Ceh-ful, but that's just because of that darn accent I have. Y'know, the one that the people who originally spoke English had, long before they sailed over to America?
Just can't seem to knack that habit of speaking English improperly.

Care-full. "Care" rhmes with "bare," "stare," "chair," "pear," etc. The emphasis is on the word "care." So, "CARE-full."
