I mean, to run for any political office you have to be Christian. How could you get more political than that?

We are not in ancient Rome and there are laws on the books for many states, that to run for office you must believe in a higher power. A god.

Just another sign that chirstians are seeking to oppress every one any way they can... Besides christian politicians rely on the old adage that politicians lie.... they fit right in.

I don't think you HAVE to be christian to run for office. You might have a better chance of winning but running and winning are two different things.

Plus there is the separation of Church and State issue.

Finally, Politically Correct is not always Theocratically Correct.

not exactly true. You could be any religion and run for a political office. Heck a roman emperor had a horse as a trusted official in Ancient Rome
