I would go with number 2. A couple of the other ones I would stay away from completely, the Jesus joke and the beer joke. Someone is bound to be offended. 4 and 5 are funny, but you will be in a general audience, so stay away from "sick" jokes.. A good speaker does their best to appeal to all members. That means staying away from taboo subjects, like religion, politics, "teasing" children and the like. 6 is not offensive, but it's not funny either.

what is the objective for the quote? just to make a joke? then non of them is appealing. Maybe you should try some joke quote that brings sunlights to the listenner.
Of all 6, I think the one that can make up most stories would be 2.
