What color flowers would work with an ivory/gold and black wedding color theme? My dress is ivory with goldish sparkle, and I would get black bridesmaids dresses.... what kind/color flowers?

I don't really like roses, and I don't want calla lillies.

Ivory flowers. I like Lilly of the Valley. Very delicate.

You could also do something like a chocolate cosmo which appear blackish.

You could also choose a pop of color or even use pale yellow to simulate the gold look.

Don't do gold or black fake flowers. That would look so cheap and I am usually a fan of silk flowers for weddings.

I personally think any sort of color would look nice. Now a days you can have the florist dye any flower any color. It depends on the time of year and location of the wedding and reception. If it is spring or summer I would say pinks, greens and yellows would be a pretty addition. If it is fall I would choose orange, red, yellows. If it's winter I would choose a nice dramatic color like red. If it's outdoors or at a home I would stick to simple flowers like gerber daisies, carnations, peonies, dahlias and stargazer lilies. If it's indoors at a church or banquet hall you could get away with flowers on a grander scale like larger lilies (plenty to choose from other than callas), tulips, hydrangeas and star of bethlehem. It also depends on your budget. Your best bet is to attend a bridal fair and talk to some florists that have booths. Get ideas on price ranges for different flowers and approx. how many flowers you can get for your money. Fancy fruit bowls containing purple grapes. Glass cylinders containing black and purple jellybeans and those silvery good and plentys. Black and purple floating candles, again in a glass container with silver trim or ribbon. Omit centerpieces and just sprinkle the tablecloths with black, purple, and silver confetti. (Big piece confetti, not little pieces that might get in people's food.) One good idea to save money is to get all the vases or bowls for your centerpieces at the Goodwill. They do not all have to match exactly-- they can just all be the same theme (perhaps look for them all to be clear glass with silver trim, or something, as the unifying theme). They always have a ton of mismatched things like that for like 50 cents each. You might even be able to find small silvery candelabras secondhand, and use purple candles. IKEA's marketplace area is another place you can get centerpiece containers really cheap. I don't mean to be unkind, but that is sort of a odd and difficult color scheme, to choose for June. Sorry, just my opinion on that.

you can try carnations, dahlias, penoys, magnolias, ranunculus and orchids

shades of creams and beiges would work very well. maybe some burgandy or dark reds to make it pop.
you can tie the bouquets with gold and black ribbons to accentuate the flowers.
if you don't mind some silk flowers and accessories you can get gold berry sprigs to put in the bouquets.

Since the colours you chose are so drab and dull, you should really be punching things up with some COLOUR - a variety of colours, as well as mixed types of flowers.
