sure. only as you will die so which you will possibly be able to desire to will the Earth, the sunlight, human beings, faith, or maybe the Universe. no longer something is everlasting. If a supremely useful extraterrestrial being created our Earth, he too might die (besides the reality that there is not any such person). human beings will ultimately supply up going to church homes on a huge scale because of the fact they only can't safeguard that lie continuously. human beings will open their minds extra to the fact of the international and technological know-how and evolution would be difficulty-loose information. technological know-how and technologies, particularly the reality of Evolution will smash prepared faith and the completed international would be like Sweden the place human beings do no longer even think of on the subject of the difficulty of religion any further then they do fairies and there'll be ninety% atheism or so. i do no longer think of we are in a position to wish for finished atheism while human beings are in the international. there'll consistently be loons. some day all human beings will die as a consequence of world warming, asteroids, a supernovae, or warmth dying. or in line with danger all human beings will die because of the fact some delusional non secular followers initiate a nuclear conflict. even with the undeniable fact that it happens, while all human beings are lifeless then faith will stop.

The best science will ever be able to do is to answers the questions about the facts of life.
Religion will still be needed to answer questions about the truths of life.
Science will never be able to answer what the meaning of life is, why we are born, what we are called to do with our individual life, what the purpose of life is, etc. So there will always be a need for religion.

Whatever is wondrous and modern now will be old tomorrow.
This has been going on since the beginning of time.....it's always the "modern" age.
Some people will always believe in something bigger than themselves because that's how we're made.

Religion is not of God.
Joh 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
Joh 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Of course not. People will always have faith and you can't take that away from them. Science is just not enough.
By the way, science hasn't shown who we really are (spiritually speaking). Nobody has or ever will have that kind of technology.

It might eventually be pushed back to just the nutcases believing it. But as long as people have imaginations, they'll make up such superstitions.
