I have been to numerous churches in my life and also chanted with the Buddhists. A lot of the time my religion was convenience. I am a Seventh-day Adventist now because I believe of everything I have learned they come the closest to what I have read in scripture. Another thing I learned from all these groups is that they have two basic concepts...to love their God as they know Him and to love their fellow man and then they kill each other over doctrinal differences...don't figure huh. Mmm

Any religion who's ideas make sense and are not derived from some ambiguous book of fairy tales. There doesn't seem to be many of those types of religions, unfortunately.
As far as my belief about death, I believe we don't die - we change form. Life is a process which cannot die and we are all a part of that process. That idea comes not from a religion but instead from a series of books entitled "Conversations with God", which, by the way, makes more sense to me than any words from any religion. Check it out!

I am LDS. I've been a member all my life.

We basically believe a lot of what all christians believe, except for some parts. There's too much to explain so just go to www.lds.org.

I don't really understand a lot of other religions. I understand their beliefs, but I just think that if I was a member of that church I wouldn't be fully satisfied.

I really don't care for the religion terminology because of all the false ones I guess.I read in
John chapter three about a religious man that
didn't know Jesus.I am troubled that there
may be other lost religious people just like
him.Jesus told Nicodemus that he must be
born again. There MUST be a relationship with
him.His Spirit MUST indwell in you by faith in
the Lord Jesus Christ. This comes by repenting
of your sins and believing the gospel. The why is
hell if you die in your sins.I believe God is serious.

I believe in Jesus Christ, I am a Christian. I believe because he died on the cross for my sins.

God(The Father) Jesus Christ(The Son) Holy Spirit(The Comforter)

My beliefs about death is that there is a after life, once we die. There is either heaven or hell. Yes, I believe that every person has a soul that lives on forever.

I am baptized as christian, but however in my soul I belong to no religion. I believe in god, in a god who isn't described by any of the existent religions (that I heard about). I do believe that Jesus was real, but not the son of god. And I don't believe in unexplanable miracles, only in tricked magic and advanced knoledge.

Why? Cause that's what my comon sense tells me - if there is a god then he didn't create the world in 6 days, he let it develop in millions of years. If there is a god and if there was a Jesus, he didn't need to make miracles, he knew back then things that we don't know now and we will not know soon. If a street magician would go back in those days, everyone would consider his magic as miracles

I am a Christian.
Although my family was "Christian", I don't recall that anyone was terribly devoted to God or religion.
When I was 12, I got a Bible from my Grandmother for Christmas, and I read it through by Easter (I was an avid reader). I became a devoted disciple.
When I was in my mid to late teens I went on a Spiritual Search...it was the 60's and I think "Spiritual Journeys" were obligatory...but in the end I decided that I was happy with the religion I already had.
My core beliefs...I believe that Jesus is God in-the-flesh, and that He died for me. I believe that God wants more than anything for us to quit behaving like spoiled brats and learn to love one another.
I believe in Heaven.
I do not believe in "hell".

I don't believe in any religion.
I find it very, very hard to believe that there is an omnipotent being somewhere that created us. Although I do have a hard time believing that the stars exploded and hydrogen gas flew everywhere and slowly created everything, it seems a lot more likely to me.
I don't believe in heaven or rebirth, I believe that when a person dies they are gone forever.

Christian:

Got saved at grandmother's church at age 12 (22 now)

Cuase I can honestly say I've experienced God for myself

That Jesus died on the cross for the sins of all mankind, that whosoever believes in Him shall be saved.

"It is appointed unto man once to die;then the judgement"

Heaven.Reincarnation is BS.
