Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick. baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 cup margarine or butter -- melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Mix baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. or until golden brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Makes 10-12 biscuits.

here is the recipe
1 c shredded ,sharp cheddar cheese,1/4 c butter,1/2 c water,2 c bisquick,1 tblsp parsley flakes,1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl ,combine bisquick,water and cheese until throughly mixed. spoon ,mix onto cookie sheet at least 1 in apart. Melt butter ,parsley flakes and garlic powder together. Pour or brush on top of biscuits. bake for 8-10 minutes or untill tops are golden brown . yummy !!!

Change to: Drop Biscuits US Metric
1 1/2 cups Jiffy baking mix
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Coating
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder or freshly crushed garlic
Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine melted butter with garlic powder for coating and set aside.
Blend baking mix, milk and cheese together well.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush with coating, using entire amount.
Remove from cookie sheet and serve warm.

CHEESE GARLIC BISCUITS AKA RED LOBSTER
BISCUITS
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Mix Bisquick, milk and cheddar until a soft ball forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by balls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Mix butter and garlic and brush on rolls while still on the pan and hot.

The Red Lobster -* used to * - give it out. That's how my Mom
got it to begin with. They've wisened up since then.
The two response that you've already gotten are exactly what the waiter told my Mom.
I've changed mine a bit thought... try adding some dried parsley and Garlic powder to the dough as well as the butter and garlic that you brush on after baking.
Then make some good bacon gravy to go with!! Yum!!!
