If hes not happy and he knew since the beginning i dont know why he is pulling this up. I think is better to tell him once more, whats the point on a relationship if you cant get close anyways. For you it will be a lot easier to just walk away, but considering he may feel bad, i will tell him that you are better off as friends. Trust me , he can find another that gives him what he wants, and you will soon find the one that will make you forget about your trust problems. Been there done that, believe me. Good luck

You need to learn how to trust. I know you have probably been hurt before, this doesn't mean this boy is gonna hurt you. If you spend all your time worrying about what could happen, you will be missing alot of good, fun times. He is acting sad because he cares for you and doesn't think you feel the same, although you probably do but don't want to show it , so your not vulnerable to getting burned. Enjoy the time you have with your friend, try not to worry so much, things happen, some we have no control over, so don't waste precious moments worrying about them.
If you just don't like this guy, don't waste his time, it's better to let him hurt a little now, than alot later
Good-lick with whatever you decide to do :)

I think you two should just sit down and talk!
You aren't happy. He's not happy! Life is too short. So
call him up and find a time that's good! Then you guys either need to get serious or not! It's not fair to either one of you.
We change our circumstances! I know it's hard sometimes
but if things aren't working it's better to move on!
I guess, you need to think about what you want. Then find out
what he wants. People always tend to have high expectations
Being up front and honest is the right way.

It doesn't look(?) like you're going out? You mean other people can't tell? It's not anyone elses business really. He sounds a bit immature but the best way to settle things is to ask him what he wants in a relationship.

How long have you two been together? I have trust issues as well but my boyfriend is patient with me and willing to help me open up and prove that I can trust him. Do you think you can trust him eventually?

Sounds like maybe he's depressed and that's not caused by you. Ask him to consider talking to someone, like a counselor, about how he feels.
If it really is you, then you would be doing him a favor by not just stringing him along and get down to business - do you want to be just good friends or more?
Good luck to you both!

For the time being, better put your long-term relationship with that boy on hold, and stick to friendship until that boy tries to find out what is causing his depression.

You can't go out with someone you don't trust. it's not going to work. It's also unfair to that person. Maybe when you're ready for trust then you should start dating, but if you can't trust a man then you can't date him.

It sounds like both of you are very conflicted. You may both want to look for mates who offer more reassurance than you are capable of giving.
