when i was growing up my dad only paid 50 dollars for me and my brother. i know what your going through. he kept switching jobs so he didnt have to pay even that and any of the medical expenses. my step dad at the time started his own buisness and my mom didnt work. so we had no health insurance. it sucked. we never saw dentists and only went to the doctor when we absolutely had to. now ive had to spend thousands getting my teeth fixed and i never had a primary doctor. i hate dead beat dads.. no money saved for college or a car when i turned 18. i mean, how can ya only on 50 bux. that doesnt even cover groceries for kids a month anymore. the states need to do something cause i know im not the only one like that with a story to tell..

you could take your oral settlement and placed it into writing and then submit it to the court and then it extremely is going to likely be legally enforceable. you're saying that your daughter is on his coverage? that would desire to, i anticipate, mean his scientific coverage. for this reason the scientific expenditures would be paid by using the coverage and not have you ever incur any costs different than the deductibles. If he gets scientific coverage from his employer the courts would view that as a needed element to any help/custody order that they had make. in case you have been a pair that lived jointly there would be no difficulty in you the two looking after the scientific expenditures, why is he balking on the expenditures now. perchance you have no longer given us the completed tale or there's a clean lady on your ex's existence? there is no legal way you could tension him to pay the scientific expenditures see you later as you are the traditional Custodian except you have a binding legal checklist (Your settlement filed with the court) that demands him to split the expenditures with you.

MAYBE that is all he can afford to pay? If he doesn't make much, there is nothing you can do. My mom had a suck job and the court ordered her to pay $25 a month to my dad when they divorced. But if that loser of your makes good money and take his worthless A$$ to Court. Good Luck and take care

I once read in The Enquirer where some 17 year old boy had to pay 17 cents a month in child support.

Any time you think your child's father gets an increase in his income---better job, raise, etc.---you can take him back to court to get the child support raised. There is an old saying that you can't get blood out of a turnip and it's true of absentee fathers, too, if they don't have good jobs you don't get much.

You don't say why he was only ordered to pay $25. Some people think that having a kid means they can force people to become great providers even though you knew he was a bum when you hopped in the sack with him.

That's disgusting. The judge who made that decision should step down. Any chance you can take your tight-wad ex back to court? What a weeny.
It's an insult to your child AND you.

I suggest this should be taken back to court. $25 is rediculously low.
