I have recently been questioning if I have ocd, but I don’t feel like going to a therapist because they cost to much. My (I guess) odd rituals are counting in even numbers, having the tv volume on only even numbers, not stepping on cracks (including the lining of tiles), counting the steps of stairs, doing random math in my head (like if the time is 9:27 I always divide 9 into 27, add them up, find the square root of them, etc), making sure things are lined up, and planning out conversations that I haven't even had yet. Also like my mom has noticed that I think differently; like I think of a different answer to a question that most wouldn't have thought of, or like I would randomly ask questions that have nothing to do with the conversation. Sometimes I would think so much about random things that I get headaches from it. These rituals though don’t take up that much time and I don’t even do them everyday, so then does it mean that I don’t have ocd?

As long as it doesn't cause you any distress or keep you from living a normal life, I wouldn't worry about it. It doesn't sound like it's causing you any problems. It does seem like you have at least some traits of OCD, but it's possible that it's not severe enough to require treatment.

I do some stuff like that. I never had a formal diagnosis of OCD but I am being treated for depression.

If it does start to bother you or take up so much time that you can't do your normal work or daily activities, it would be a good a idea to talk to a doctor. There are several different medications that can help.

Obsessions are "stuck thoughts" and compulsions are actions that you MUST perform. The usual rule of thumb is that it becomes a disorder when it is interfering with normal functioning. The trouble with that definition is that if you have OCD, you often think it is normal. So pay attention to what people around you say and accept feedback.

I would not start with a therapist, but with your doctor. Medication is the only effective treatment for OCD.

You have definitely described some OCD symptoms. A doctor can prescribe something to help calm your anxiety. (OCD is an anxiety disorder with specific components). You are likely to continue to be bothered by this anxiety and it may even increase. Get some medication soon.

It might be worth bringing up this question with a psychologist.
